What is a pre-order and how long before I receive my item?

If we have labeled the item a pre-order that means we are currently in the process of having the item made. We will have an approximate ship date in the description on the product page.

How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to our size chart. Measurements are taken with the item lying flat, not the full length around. Take a sweater or sweatshirt that you know fits and measure armpit to armpit across the chest to help estimate which size to order. If you have a specific sizing question or would like more information, please contact us.

When will I be charged for my item?

You will be charged when you place your order.

The item I would like to purchase is sold out. When will it be available?

We always try and keep a full inventory and if we run out of a certain product, we will re-order it asap. Make sure and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on any restock information.

I accidentally entered the wrong information during checkout. Can I update my information?

Yes. Please contact us immediately so we can change it for you. 

Can I make a custom sweater?

We are not taking custom orders at the moment, but your input is very important to us. Please contact us with suggestions about what kind of knitwear you would like to see made.

 

SHIPPING

When will I receive my item?

If the item is in stock, your order will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via USPS/ FedEx. International orders take approximately 7-14 business days for delivery.

How will I know when my order ships?

When you place an order at Middle of Beyond, you'll receive an email acknowledging your order and another email once the order has shipped. The emails will provide an estimated delivery date range that indicates when USPS/ FedEx will deliver your order. We're not able to provide an exact delivery date due to product availability, guest location and shipping method. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please select the “Express” delivery option (which is 1-2 business days from shipment) during checkout. Middle of Beyond is not responsible for any USPS/ FedEx delays while in-transit. If you have a question regarding the status of your in-transit shipment, please contact USPS/ FedEx.

I try and track my order and I get a "NOT FOUND" message on the USPS website. Do I have the wrong tracking number?

Your tracking number is correct and your order has been processed and marked for shipment. Typically, the carrier will update tracking information before delivering the item. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update on the USPS site.

I track my order and it says "In Transit" and/or being processed through a USPS sort facility. 

Most likely it is still working it's way through the USPS system. If you have questions or concerns, we recommend contacting your local post office for more accurate tracking information and delivery time. 

Is the delivery date guaranteed?

Priority Mail delivery date is an estimated delivery date range that indicates when USPS/ FedEx will deliver your order. We're not able to provide an exact delivery date due to product availability, guest location and shipping method. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please select the “Express” delivery option (which is 1-2 business days from shipment) during checkout. Middle of Beyond is not responsible for any USPS/ FedEx delays while in-transit. If you have a question regarding the status of your in-transit shipment, please contact USPS/ FedEx

My order says it has been delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.

If your order status reads, "delivered," but you haven't received your package, contact USPS/ FedEx for more information. You may also want to try the following:

  • Double check your porch or garage.
  • Ask your neighbors.
  • Ask your building manager.
  • Check your mailroom or receiving department (if your order shipped to a business address).

I am an international customer, and the tracking information has stopped updating. Is it lost?

If you have an international order, tracking information is only available for the package while it is still being processed in the US. Contact your local post office for more accurate tracking information and delivery time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us with your order number and item you would like to return/ exchange. You will receive an e-mail with return/ exchange instructions and the shipping address to return the item.

All returned/ exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, with the original tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return/ exchange of any items that do not meet those requirements. If we receive the returned/ exchanged item and it has been worn and/or the tags have been removed, the item cannot be accepted for return/ exchange. We reserve the right to return to you any item that does not meet our requirements.

Middle of Beyond is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from an exchange or return.
